Seeking an elevated, client-focused leader to support daily boutique operations while delivering exceptional luxury sales and service experiences. This role blends operational ownership, team support, inventory management, and relationship-driven selling within a high-touch retail environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted key holder, supporting opening and closing responsibilities while helping maintain an elevated boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support opening and closing procedures as a trusted key holder and operational leader
Lead day-to-day boutique operations, including repairs, inventory audits, transfers, and facility coordination
Deliver elevated client experiences through strong communication, follow-up, and relationship management
Support luxury sales growth through clienteling, appointment management, and partnership selling
Assist with training, scheduling support, recruiting coordination, and onboarding initiatives
Maintain visual standards, operational accuracy, and security awareness throughout the boutique
Partner cross-functionally with leadership to improve processes, strengthen team communication, and drive business results
Ideal Candidate
Passionate about luxury retail, client service, and operational excellence
Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance sales and operations responsibilities
Demonstrates leadership potential, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced boutique environment
Experience in jewelry, watches, luxury retail, or clienteling preferred
