Job description
Domino's Store General Manager in Chesapeake, VA oversees all store results, ensuring food, labor and service goals are met, and reviews P&L with the supervisor each month. This role requires a minimum 50‑hour work week with one day off and one on‑call day, and adherence to Domino’s standards.
You will staff and train team members, manage budgets, maintain safety and equipment, implement new products, conduct monthly inventories, and ensure all reports and paper trails are complete and accurate.
