Job description
Hibbett I City Gear in Sebring, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, customer service, merchandising, restocking, and scheduling.
You will lead a small team, train staff, monitor inventory and sales, and ensure policies and standards are followed, delivering outstanding service to customers during peak periods.
This role requires retail experience, a proactive mindset, and strong attention to detail to help the store meet its goals.
