Job description
Food Lion in Buena Vista, VA is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, and uphold safety, service, and quality standards across the store.
You will hire, train and develop associates; manage performance and budgets; ensure compliance with security, safety and food safety standards; and lead the store when the Store Manager is not present. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and execution of Food Lion's guiding principles.
