Job description
ALDI USA is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help supervise day-to-day store activities, manage staff schedules, and develop action plans to improve overall store performance.
You will identify training opportunities, ensure product quality and accurate signage, manage payroll and loss prevention, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
