Job description
Ross Stores in Katy, TX is seeking an experienced Store/Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and uphold company standards. You will supervise non-exempt associates, schedule staff, and ensure exceptional customer service across the sales floor, registers, and fitting rooms.
The role requires at least two years in retail management, fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with independent judgment, including evenings/weekends.
