Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in North Charleston, SC to oversee daily store operations and guide Associates. You will learn all phases of store activities and lead the operation in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring company standards and best practices are met.
Responsibilities include supervising payroll, scheduling, loss prevention, and driving customer service while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations. Evening and weekend availability is required.
