Job description
Belron is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, focusing on quality and service to deliver a memorable customer experience. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and safety, while maintaining store appearance.
You’ll drive KPI performance (NPS, Time to Serve, conversions) and ensure technicians are SafeTech with quality installs. You’ll partner with marketing for displays and respond quickly to customer concerns.
