Job description
Goodwill of Central Oklahoma is seeking an assistant store manager in Shawnee, KS to oversee daily operations of donated merchandise and ensure adherence to agency policies and budgets. The role reports to shift Leaders and Store Associates, and involves supervising staff, maintaining financial controls, and delivering excellent customer service to donors and customers.
The position requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, a High School diploma or GED, and a willingness to train in Goodwill
