Job description
Belron is seeking a Store Manager to lead all retail store operations, ensuring quality service and a memorable customer experience. You will provide people leadership, coaching, and manage cash/expenses, inventory, and store appearance to drive performance.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, scheduling, KPI achievement, and ensuring SafeTech™ certifications where applicable. Excellent communication and physical stamina are required.
