Job description
Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, staffing and merchandising while upholding company standards.
You will drive performance, manage payroll, scheduling, training and customer service to deliver the Ross experience. Responsibilities include supervising non-exempt Associates, communicating expectations, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining a safe, clean shopping environment.
