Job description
Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervision of Associates, and execution of merchandising and customer service standards at our Merritt Island location.
You will ensure safety, schedule staff, manage inventory, and maintain store presentation while delivering a great shopping experience. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail store or assistant manager experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
