Job description
Dollar General in Slater, MO is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, staffing, training and performance management. You will ensure excellent customer service, safe operations, and adherence to company policies.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive results and maintain a well-organized, compliant retail environment. Additionally you will implement company programs, monitor shrink, and coordinate with district leadership, while building a motivated team.
