Job description
Baskin-Robbins is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in planning, directing and controlling daily operations. You will supervise team members in inventory, merchandising, losses and scheduling, ensuring smooth store performance.
In this role you assist with product ordering, support sales plans to maximize revenue, and help ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations in a fast-paced retail environment.
