Job description
Wawa, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily store operations and drive performance. You will supervise Customer Service Associates, hire and train staff, and ensure high standards of service and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will oversee scheduling, performance coaching, and problem resolution, while coordinating budgets, inventory, and store metrics to achieve department goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
