Job description
Kohl’s is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and merchandising, driving sales and profitability. You will coach associates, enforce brand standards, and ensure efficient processes across receiving, stockroom, and floor replenishment.
You will lead pricing, customer service, and merchandising execution while maintaining safety and loss-prevention practices. The role requires strong leadership and adaptability in a busy retail environment.
