Job description
Dollar Tree Stores INC in Belleville, NJ seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure clean, safe conditions across the store.
Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior store management experience in retail, grocery, or pharmacy environments. Lifting up to 55 lbs and a high-energy team mindset are expected.
