Store Operations SpecialistOnly qualified Store Operations Specialist candidates located near Columbus, OH, will be considered due to the position requiring an on-site presence. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Required Experience: 2-3 years of store operations experience. Multitasking, pace, excellent organization, written and verbal communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Job Overview: Individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational projects. Our team is part of store support, and the larger team supports store operations related to inventory, floorsets, backroom organization and storage, and store communication.Responsibilities:Assists with developing new processes and communicating them with all levels of field management.Serves as operations expert on cross-functional teams.Assists less experienced coordinators.Managing and responding to emails from stores and vendors.Processing storage requests and maintaining records for 1700 up to 4000 storage units.Storage payments and issue resolutions.Typically reports to Manager - Store Ops.
