Job description
Primark is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner in Augusta, GA, to advise store leadership on ER, recruitment, learning & development, engagement and payroll governance. The role focuses on delivering strategic HR support across in-store teams.
Two locations, Augusta Mall and Sugarloaf Mills Mall, will be overseen. You will drive capability, strategic HR initiatives, and high-performance teams while maintaining compliance and excellent colleague experiences.
