Job description
WHBM at Crabtree Valley Mall–Raleigh is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, model hospitality, and guide the team to deliver memorable customer experiences. You will help shape a positive, high-energy culture focused on service excellence.
Your role includes coaching the team, managing day-to-day operations, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and product knowledge while driving store performance and guest satisfaction.
