Job description
Ann Taylor in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You'll collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and step in as manager when needed.
You should bring retail experience with a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to coach and develop a highly engaged team. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred.
