White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead for our Metairie store. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership duties to uphold brand standards.
Create a welcoming, customer‑centric environment that reflects our hospitality culture. You’ll coach staff, manage opening/closing duties, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment while communicating brand priorities and sales goals.
