Job description
LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Canton, OH to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run store operations and step in as manager when needed.
You'll build an engaged team, maintain visual standards, use technology for omnichannel service, and coach staff in real time. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay range $12.00-$15.00 hourly; benefits include 401(k) and employee discounts.
