Job description
Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Spokane, WA to partner with store leaders, supervise staff, and uphold brand standards. You’ll drive a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality and empower colleagues to meet performance goals.
Responsibilities include opening/closing, coaching, product knowledge, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, with a focus on an omni-channel approach and fulfilling brand priorities.
