Job description
Belk in Huntsville, AL seeks an Assistant Store Manager-Selling to lead sales in an assigned area and drive Omni performance. You will coach and supervise a team, manage pricing, promotions, and inventory strategies to meet store goals and customer experience standards.
You will partner with the Store Manager and Merchants to ensure merchandise presentation, staffing, and development of top performers, while maintaining loss prevention and store integrity.
