Job description
AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and manage daily operations. You will lead LOD shifts, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results while upholding brand standards and guest-first service.
You will recruit, coach and develop staff, maximize KPI performance, and ensure safety and asset protection in-store. AEO values real, energetic leadership and community-driven service.
