Job description
LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for our store in Columbiana Centre, Columbia, SC. You will play a key role in delivering personalized customer experiences and supporting a high-performing team alongside the Store Manager.
Responsibilities include onboarding and developing associates, upholding brand standards, and using technology to enable a seamless omnichannel experience. Evening/weekend availability and proactive coaching are valued as you step in as acting manager when needed.
