Job description
O'Reilly Auto Parts in Hastings, NY seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the store team during the manager's absence and opposing shifts, aiming to deliver outstanding service to customers.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, participate in hiring and training, and ensure staffing at peak hours. Bilingual candidates encouraged; Spanish is highly desired.
