Job description
Buc-ee's, Ltd. is seeking a Store Team Lead in Texas to direct customer traffic to fast checkouts, act as first responder for customer inquiries, and oversee cashier and maintenance duties in the absence of managers.
The role requires leadership, strong store knowledge, and excellent communication to keep our team efficient and guest-focused in a busy retail environment. 40-hour work weeks with mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.
