Job description
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team during the manager’s absence and on opposing shifts, driving service excellence and store performance.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; compensation ranges from $16.90 to $24.90 per hour, with potential premiums and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k).
