Job description
Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the new Easton Town Center location in Columbus, OH. The role supports the Store Manager to achieve sales and service targets, develop the store team, and uphold high operational standards.
You will help implement visual merchandising and service best practices while identifying opportunities to improve store performance and the customer experience. Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is expected.
