Job description
Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure 100% policy compliance, while guiding staff under Store Manager’s leadership. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer experience and meeting sales, service and operational objectives.
It may be full- or part-time, depending on staffing needs. The Team Lead will be responsible for training employees, managing POS transactions, and maintaining payroll and attendance records.
