Job description
Rack Room Shoes in Monroe, LA is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure 100% policy compliance. You will mentor staff, assist the Store Manager, and act in leadership in their absence to meet sales and service goals.
Responsibilities include safeguarding staff and customers, maintaining service standards, handling POS transactions, inventory controls, merchandising, payroll, and staff training. A strong background in retail leadership and operations is required.
