Job description
Spencer's in Port Richey seeks an Assistant Store Manager to enhance guest services and support overall store operations. This role includes maximizing sales, managing staff, and overseeing inventory control in accordance with company policies.
The Assistant Manager must be at least 18 years old and able to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Retail and management experience is necessary.
