Job description
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a capable Retail Sales Specialist to lead store team members in delivering outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers. You will supervise showroom service levels, staff the sales counter during peak hours, and coach team members to meet training goals.
You’ll also assist in recruiting, processing orders, managing returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and compliance with company policies.
