Job description
Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own sales-floor presentation areas. This role emphasizes Legendary Service, ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, plus BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.
The Team Leader will lead shifts, drive sales, ensure safety, and maintain standards while collaborating with Store and Sales Managers to optimize customer experience.
