Job description
AEO is seeking a Store Team Leader in Katy, TX to act as the CEO of the store, driving daily operations, coaching a team, and delivering a best-in-class guest experience while upholding AEO Brand Standards. You will own the store's business plan, analyze daily sales trends, schedule staff, manage payroll, and ensure visual merchandising excellence.
Strong leadership and communication are essential to develop associates and meet KPI targets.
