Job description
The Brobston Group in Garden City, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help develop a professional team and optimize store operations.
You will lead by example, coaching staff, promoting visual standards, and coordinating with training and HR to implement policies and drive results. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
