Job description
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts.
You will lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service, supervise showroom activities, coordinate staffing during peak hours, and help set goals and training plans.
