Job description
The Paper Store is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to help create a unique shopping experience through exceptional service and team leadership. You will train staff, drive sales, and uphold visual and operational standards in a fast-paced retail setting.
Reports to the Store Team Leader and supports payroll management, staffing, and policy adherence while modeling TPS values and customer-first service.
