Job description
Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc. seeks an Assistant Team Leader to support team management and drive daily operations at our Dallas location. You will help with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews while ensuring excellent customer service and donor experiences.
You will supervise cashiers, donation attendants, and floor staff, manage inventory and compliance, and assist in achieving production and store metrics in a fast-paced retail environment.
