Job description
Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. lakeside location is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team at Lakeside Shopping Center.
You will oversee payroll, scheduling, and performance, ensuring our Experience First standard is upheld. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of management experience in retail, a high school diploma or GED, and hands-on familiarity with POS and HRIS systems.
