Best Choice Roofing is seeking high-performing Home Restoration Assessors to support the growing demand for residential roofing and storm restoration services. In this consultative, client-facing role, you will partner directly with homeowners to assess property conditions, provide expert recommendations, and guide them through the restoration and insurance process.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through self-generated leads
Conduct detailed roof inspections and professional property assessments
Deliver consultative sales presentations and recommend tailored roofing solutions
Educate homeowners on project scope, timelines, and insurance claim processes
Negotiate and close high-value service agreements
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and insurance adjusters
Manage a consistent sales pipeline and exceed performance goals
Qualifications
Experience serving customers
Experience in high-performance environments, particularly commission-based sales is preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs (training provided)
Ability to work outdoors and handle physical aspects of the role
Compensation & Growth
Paid training + uncapped incentive-based earnings after training
Typical first-year earnings: $63K-$120K
Fast promotion track (95% of leaders promoted internally)
