Stormwater Systems Repair ManagerAQUALIS is the nationwide leading provider of comprehensive water management services focused on maintaining, inspecting, and repairing post-construction stormwater and lift station systems. We provide our clients with environmental compliance while inspiring change by preserving and protecting our most precious natural resource…water.The Internal Rehab Services Manager will repair stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM). This work can be physically demanding but above all else, it's extremely rewarding! Your success will directly impact the environment & quality of water in your community!Specific duties:Ensure all subcontractor work is being completed correctly and to the highest industry standard.Ensure all safety equipment and procedures are followed according to OSHA's standards.Update CRM system with relevant project information and maintain project statuses.Prepare written reports with photo documentation and summary depicting the completed services.Facility and coordinate repairs and subcontractor services as needed.Follows through on problems that may compromise effective job performance by using appropriate chain of command.Company paid overnight travel (e.g. food per diem, lodging) (3-5 days) during the week.Requirements:Ability to travel during the work week (3-5 days per week)CDL preferredA background screening, driving record review, pre-employment drug screen, and DOT Physical are part of the pre-employment process; maintaining insurable status under the company's auto policy & DOT Health Card are an ongoing requirements of this position.Able to lift 50 lbs.Able to work in varieties of weatherKnowledge of OSHA safety standardsRelated experience / work in concrete, excavation, restorations, stormwater managementThis position is designated as safety-sensitive and involves operating DOT-regulated vehicles, which requires inclusion of marijuana in the drug testing program.Location: Lexington, KY
