Job Opportunity at Frame Industries, Inc.Frame Industries, Inc. is a locally-owned hardwood flooring manufacturer looking for reliable, motivated individuals for full-time production work. The schedule is currently Monday - Thursday 5:45am-4:15pm, including a 15-minute paid-break and a 30-minute lunch break! Overtime on Friday/Saturday varies with changes in production & maintenance demand. We have a relaxed atmosphere and we are all about teamwork! As a small family-owned business, we treat our employees more like family than just a number and support them for long-term success on our team.We have an open position that will rotate between sorting/stacking of hardwood lumber boards and strapping/stacking flooring boxes. When working in the strapping position, you will be required to lift up to 70 lbs to stack strapped flooring boxes. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment, is a self-starter, and values the opportunity to contribute to the high-quality of our hardwood flooring.Frame Industries offers competitive wages starting at $21.00 per hour depending on experience with: group health insurance with 3 plan options, 50% of insurance premium for employee and their spouse/dependents paid by company, group dental and vision insurance, 60% of dental and 90% of vision for employee & dependents paid by company, accident insurance, employee paid, retirement plan with up to 3% company match, paid time off and earned sick time, paid holidays for Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day, $100 annual safety shoe allowance, free local produce for employees delivered weekly.Must be at least 18 years old & have high school diploma or equivalent. No production or lumber experience required; full training provided. Maintenance experience, mechanical ability, and/or leadership skills are very valuable for advancement.
