Job description
Cengage is seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead high‑level institutional partnerships across the North America Higher Education sales group. You will own multi‑year account plans, forecast revenue, and craft contract strategies for top universities within your territory.
You will negotiate complex deals with senior academic leaders, drive renewals and expansions, and align programs like CU/EA/IA with institutional budgets. Travel 35–50% is expected as part of active executive engagement.
