Job description
ASAPP is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to lead national sales of our AI-powered CX platform. You will manage and expand relationships with large enterprise customers, driving adoption of AI, ML, and NLP across contact centers.
You will act as a trusted advisor, develop tailored value proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-value and revenue growth.
