Job description
Kalepa is seeking an exceptional Strategic Accounts Director to spearhead commercial growth with top US insurers. This remote-friendly, NYC HQ-based role focuses on high-value enterprise accounts, ownership of new logos, and nurturing cross-sell opportunities. Expect to travel several days weekly to engage clients and prospects in-person.
The position offers a base salary of $170K-$190K with uncapped Year 1 OTE. Tri-state area or Chicago preferred, with potential broader CST/EST coverage.
