Job description
Tractor Supply Company seeks an experienced Operations Accounting leader to drive strategic initiatives and financial excellence across the organization. You will partner with Strategy, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize processes and enable automation.
You will oversee monthly closes, GL accuracy, and detailed variance analysis while mentoring team members and partnering on cross‑functional projects to sustain a high‑performing finance function.
