Job description
Talentify seeks an Admissions Director for our Santa Fe, NM long-term care community. You will oversee the entire patient admissions process, manage payer relationships, and drive marketing and referrals to support census goals.
You will enhance the center's online presence, lead interdisciplinary collaboration, and improve conversion metrics from referral to admission, tour-to-admit, and overall admissions strategy in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
